The above “Not covered by ISO9001” logo is displayed on products or their attached documents (including specification sheets, catalogs, and manuals) if the product has not been manufactured in accordance with DISCO’s quality management system. These products will be handled as follows:
(1) DISCO bears no responsibility for quality assurance. However, if damage is discovered on a delivered product, it will be replaced, provided that DISCO is notified within 14 days of delivery (free replacement period).
(2) DISCO bears no responsibility for any damages resulting from the product (including direct damage, damage to the customer’s manufactured product or works-in-progress as a result of using the product, indirect damage, accidental or incidental damage, and secondary damage such as special or consequential damage), regardless of whether or not the product is still within the free replacement period.
